  2. Make a sales contract as well as check all legal facts related to the property in question and introduce you to them
  3. Arrange and organize an appointment and certification of the contract with a notary
  4. Make a proposal to register the ownership of the property in question
  5. After making a purchase, help you inform all utilities about the change of ownership of the property
  6. Immediately before drawing up and concluding the contract, obtain for the person who will be listed in the contract as the buyer of the OIB or tax number in the Tax Administration

3. Costs of cerrified contract with notary about HRK 500.00

4. tax costs for registering ownership in court HRK 250.00

5. Contract translation costs depending on the number of pages around HRK 800.00
